5. Payments and Billing
a. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
b. Authorization
By submitting payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable fees for services requested.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
a. No Refunds After Fulfillment
Because services are custom, digital, and initiated immediately upon request:
All sales are final once a search has begun or results have been delivered.
b. Refunds Before Fulfillment
A refund may be considered only if:
- The request has not yet been processed, and
- You contact us promptly after purchase
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
c. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of future services
- Evidence submission to Stripe, including service logs, timestamps, and delivered results
Stripe disputes are governed by Stripe’s dispute resolution processes.
7. Service Limitations
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Website
- That results will meet specific legal, financial, or transactional requirements
- Suitability for any particular transaction or purpose
Service delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
8. Intellectual Property
